Free Diet Tip #2 - Snacking Means Fruit Not Chocolate

This seems extremely obvious I know; but you can really lose weight quickly just by being sensible. There is no point exercising and then "treating yourself for being good" having a chocolate bar.

Think about having pears, kiwi fruit, carrot or raisins. Yes I know cookies can be fun and taste nice while carrots and celery are perceived as not fun but so is being overweight too.......it is your choice are you serious or not?

It can be hard to cut out your favorite snacks like say chocolate. The best way to approach your problems is not to go cold turkey. Instead cut down steadily go from a regular size chocolate bar to having half a bar, then to a Halloween size chocolate treat and finally to a 100-calorie bar.

Snack better in baby steps and you will soon notice the difference in not only losing weight but feeling better in yourself too.
