How Fast Can You Lose Weight?

You can lose as much weight as you want IF you really want to.

It is possible to lose anything up to about 20 pounds of weight per week, but most of this is likely to be water.

All you have to do is pick up something somebody has written about weight loss, read it, and stick with it. Any amount of compromise might cost you that ultimate goal.

Literally thousands of overweight people live miserable lives because they have trouble losing weight.

Most of them were born that way, but a significant few ate their ways into the condition. Shedding the pounds is now a problem that they have to deal with, and that is never easy.
